Frozen Whiskey Sour

Preparation: 5 minutes • Processing: 1 minute • Yield: 3 3/4 cups (900 ml)

ingredients
6 ounces (180 ml) bourbon
2 lemons, peeled,
halved, cored
1 medium orange,
peeled, halved
2 tablespoons (25 g) sugar
3 cups (720 ml) ice cubes

directions
1. Place all ingredients in the order shown in the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
2. Select variable 1.
3. Turn on the machine and quickly increase the speed to variable 10 and then to high.
4. Mix for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached.
