Ginger Ale #Homemade Ginger Ale

RECIPE
(About 2 liters)

Ingredients:

– 200 g of brown sugar
– 15 g of grated fresh ginger
– The juice of 1 lemon
– 1/4 teaspoon of fresh or dried yeast
– cold water
– 1 2 liter plastic bottle

In a bowl, dissolve the sugar with lemon juice, ginger and a little water. Then add the yeast and stir, so that it also dissolves.

Pour the ginger-ale mixture into the plastic bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with water so the yeast can ferment.

Leave the soda at room temperature for 24 hours or until the bottle feels heavy. Then store in the refrigerator to deactivate the action of the yeast.
