Gloria cocktail, via the excellent new Bartender's Choice app from the minds behind NYC's Milk & Honey. This recipe is credited to "Trader Vic" Victor Bergeron, 1947, and is a lovely semi-dry cocktail halfway between the Martini and the Negroni (the orange garnish is mine):
1.5 oz Plymouth gin
.5 oz Cointreau (Patron Citronge, which I do not like as much as Cointreau)
.5 oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
.5 oz Campari
Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass, orange garnish.
