Harvest Sling

1 1/2 ounces apple brandy (Laird’s Bonded)
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth (Dolin Rouge)
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Bénédictine
1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
1 1/2 ounces chilled ginger beer (Fentimans)
1 brandied cherry

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer and cherry and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Stir in the ginger beer and garnish with the brandied cherry.
