Morning Shake

These are some of the things I put in my shake every morning. I will switch between chia and linseed. I also switch between chlorophyll and Sun Chlorella. I also wanted to add coconut oil, but I keep forgetting it. I have to start making a list because sometimes I forget something. I also add blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or green apples. For the liquid I use either distilled water, coconut water or a nut milk. Recipe and the health benefits of each ingredient in my blog:
