Pink Jalisco Flower

A variation of Vincenzo Marianelli's agave creation.

1.5 cl (0.5 oz) tequila
2.25 cl (0.75 oz) Croft Pink
3 cl grapefruit juice
6 cl of champagne
Sweet to taste

Put the tequila, croft pink and grapefruit juice in a shaker and shake on ice. Strain into a martini glass and add champagne before garnishing. If necessary sweeten with a simple syrup (depending on grapefruit juice)
