1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz Pisco Control C
3 oz Cucumber and Ginger Juice *

Coat in the rim of an old fashioned glass with lime juice and dip. Add a large ice cube. Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold and strain into the glass. Top with soda and garnish with a straw-sized lemongrass stalk.

* In a blender, combine 1 cup peeled and seeded cucumber chunks, 1 cup water, 2 tsp. grated ginger and 2 tbsp. of sour mix. Blend until liquid in consistency.
