The Rican chef: Coquito recipe,coconut Puerto Rican Eggnog an alcoholic beverage traditionally served in Puerto Rico


2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of coconut milk
1 can of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut or 8 oz. Coco Real Coco Cream
1 teaspoon coconut or vanilla extract
1 cup of Bacardy white or dark Puerto Rican rum
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Put all ingredients in a blender and process for about 2 minutes at medium speed until frothy like a thick milkshake. Store in glass bottles or glass containers and add two cinnamon sticks and, if necessary, a vanilla pod to each bottle. refrigerate and serve cold.
